Intune Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Intune Transformation Lead to drive a major enterprise-wide Modern Workplace transformation within a large, complex organisation.

This is a senior leadership opportunity to oversee the transition from traditional desktop management technologies to a modern, cloud-based endpoint management environment, leveraging Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You will take ownership of the transformation strategy and roadmap, leading global teams and multiple delivery workstreams while providing technical direction across the modern endpoint management landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a large-scale global transformation from legacy endpoint management solutions to Microsoft Intune.

• Define the Modern Management strategy, transformation roadmap and target operating model.

• Provide technical leadership across Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot and Microsoft 365.

• Oversee migration from legacy technologies including SCCM/MECM, Group Policy and traditional imaging solutions.

• Lead global delivery teams, third-party suppliers and senior stakeholders.

• Drive endpoint security, compliance and Zero Trust initiatives.

• Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery milestones.

• Ensure successful operational transition and long-term service ownership.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise endpoint management transformations.

• Experience delivering global workplace transformation programmes involving 20,000+ endpoints.

• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Intune and Modern Endpoint Management.

• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access.

• Experience migrating from SCCM/MECM and traditional desktop management technologies.

• Strong programme leadership and stakeholder management experience.

• Previous experience within banking, financial services or another highly regulated environment.

Desirable: Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, macOS management, ServiceNow integration and Workspace ONE or MobileIron migrations.
