We are looking for an experienced solution architect who is proficient in delivery of technical presales within Networks and On-Prem Private Cloud connectivity, and leading Public Cloud domain providers.

The individual will consult, lead, and develop customer-specific Network & Cloud solutions for broad and complex requirements.

Solutions may comprise of a standard /non-standard design approach and thus requiring a special degree of creativity, strategic decision-making, and a detailed approach for the creation of solution.

After determining a clear understanding of the client's business needs and requirements the Presales Solutions Architect will own and develop the solution, product vendor and overall end-to-end design that will constitute the end proposal, and their interoperability and integration with any broader enterprise architecture solution components and in some cases other external or legacy estates, ensuring the clients requirements are met or exceeded. This role will be accountable for the Network and Cloud solution design and approval at customer pre-contract stage including financial costings which will be obtained from either internal or external suppliers as appropriate.

You will collaborate closely with customers, sales, engineering, product teams and third-party vendors to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures that address customer business challenges and accelerate the adoption of the Practice products and solutions.


  • Experience in the development of Network and Cloud including On-Prem, Public and Hybrid Cloud solutions for large scale clients.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and create a solution design that meets those requirements.
  • Capable of crafting a comprehensive solution based on client's requirements and/or sales strategy.
  • Experience and ability to write compelling proposal responses that describe and support the solution.


  • Extensive knowledge of the Network market, vendors, technologies, and products
  • Extensive knowledge of the Hybrid Cloud market, vendors, technologies, and products.
  • Extensive knowledge of the key Public Cloud market vendors and their offerings and how they integrate and complement with On-Premises Solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of VMware On-Premises private Cloud offerings e.g., NSX-T
  • Expert design skills

  • Cisco: Meraki, Viptela, DNA-C / SDA, ACI, Nexus, ISR, Catalyst, ASR/ Firepower Firewalls, AnyConnect VPN
  • Juniper: Mist, QFX/EX Fabrics inc VCF, EVPN-VXLAN, MACSEC Apstra, CSO, SRX, 128-T, NFX
  • F5: Big IP LTM/GTM
  • VMWare NSX-T private cloud platform
  • AWS, Azure and GCP public cloud platforms
