We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble fabricated parts at designated floor stations using hand and power tools.
• Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to ensure they meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Identify and repair units that fail tests or do not meet tolerance levels.
• Follow established instructions, guidelines, and safety procedures to perform all tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or a related production environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under immediate supervision.
• Knowledge of common assembly tools and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Desirable:

• Completion of an apprenticeship or formal training in a related field.
• Proven capabilities in assembly, calibration, or production testing.
