SPARE PARTS DATABASE MANAGER

Introduction

A medical engineering firm is now recruiting for a Spare Parts Database Manager to control and maintain the internal spares parts database.

Duties include;

• Managing the spare parts database ensuring data integrity and high quality of data relating to spare parts and suppliers
• Liaising with parts manufacturers to acquire accurate parts descriptions and pricing
• Assisting procurement with spare parts identification, pricing, and preferred suppliers
• Further enhancing spare parts data by linking to specific models, photos etc.
• Data mining and producing reports when requested
• Assisting approved in managing changes to orders

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate experience maintaining a database (including data entry), not just using a database.

Hours and Location

Hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, based in Harlow, with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week.
