Strategy Lead - Enterprise Infrastructure

We're seeking an experienced Strategy Lead to drive strategic planning and transformation across a large-scale technology infrastructure function.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning, roadmaps and transformation priorities.

• Drive governance, portfolio oversight and executive reporting.

• Support investment planning, budget management and resource allocation.

• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and strategic decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, resilience and service quality.

Essential experience:

• Proven background in strategy, transformation or portfolio management.

• Mandatory banking or financial services experience.

• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including cloud and hybrid environments.

• Excellent executive communication and senior stakeholder management skills.

• Experience operating within complex, highly regulated organisations.
