About Us:

We're a fast-growing Microsoft Gold Partner with big ambitions and an even bigger personality. Our London-based team is made up of technologists, change-makers, and sharp thinkers who love solving real-world problems with Microsoft tech. From digital transformation projects to building killer apps, we do it all - and have a laugh while doing it.

Now, we're looking for a Test Analyst to help keep our solutions rock-solid and our clients happy. If you know your Selenium from your sanity checks and thrive in a hybrid world of manual + automation testing, read on.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Testing apps (web & mobile), EUC tools, and system changes - from shiny new builds to legacy tweaks
  • Designing and executing manual test cases and regression packs
  • Building and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
  • Collaborating with developers, PMs, and clients in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Logging, tracking, and retesting bugs with precision (and a little obsession)
  • Ensuring quality across UI, functionality, performance, and compatibility
  • Continuously improving testing processes, frameworks, and documentation
  • Helping shape our QA practice and influencing automation strategy

What You'll Need:

  • Solid hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing
  • Experience testing apps (web/mobile) and EUC (End User Computing) tools
  • Strong grasp of automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright preferred)
  • Knowledge of testing REST APIs using Postman or similar
  • Comfort with Agile methodologies and fast-paced project work
  • Experience working in environments with Microsoft tech stack (bonus points for Power Platform)
  • Sharp attention to detail and the confidence to speak up when something smells buggy
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the quality bar

What You'll Get:

  • A young, energetic culture with regular socials, hackathons, and team events
  • Hybrid working - a few days a week at our Oxford Street office, rest remote
  • Career growth tailored to you - certifications, mentoring, and serious progression opportunities
  • Exposure to a wide range of industries, projects, and bleeding-edge Microsoft tech

Private health, generous holiday allowance, and a real work/life balance
