Max Supplier Charge Rate: £650 - £685 per day inside ir35

Clearance required: BPSS - UK Passport holder

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Learning Design & Configuration Specialist for a client of mine who are a leading IT constancy and digital transformation organisation to join their London-based team. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Learning modules while ensuring alignment with business requirements. This is a hands-on technical position with exposure to multiple Workday modules, reporting, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure Workday Learning modules, including hands-on implementation of business requirements.
• Implement business rules, create condition rules, and develop complex calculated fields.
• Customize the Workday system to meet business needs and improve processes.
• Develop, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Manage security roles and maintain understanding of Workday security models.
• Support system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth integrations.
• Provide end-user training and create clear documentation for system configurations and changes.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Workday Learning configuration and design.
• Strong understanding of business rules, calculated fields, and reporting.
• Experience managing Workday security roles and permissions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
• Strong communication skills to deliver user training and system documentation.
