I specialise in the placement of highly skilled consultants across Validation, Automation, and Process Engineering disciplines. I’ve been operating in this space for a number of years, supporting GMP-regulated environments from early-phase manufacturing through to commercial production.
I partner with a wide range of clients, including CDMOs, biotech manufacturers, and large design houses, delivering expert consultants for both greenfield and brownfield projects across Europe and North America. Typical roles I recruit for include:
- Validation Engineers (CSV, Equipment, Process, Cleaning, Facility)
- Automation Engineers (DeltaV, PLC, SCADA, BMS, MES)
- Process Engineers (Upstream/Downstream, Tech Transfer, MS&T)

In addition to core engineering support, I also assist with broader project resourcing needs across quality, commissioning, and manufacturing functions.
