The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining mechanical structures to support company products and services.

Responsible for leading the programme and bid management function, providing senior oversight of a portfolio of complex programmes and bids across the business. The role ensures effective governance, delivery, and commercial performance across all programmes and bids. It includes leadership of Programme Managers who manage bids from opportunity through to contract award and into delivery.

Manufacture high-complexity electromechanical products for marine radar navigation systems. The role involves assembly, rework, and testing of electromechanical radar equipment, working to defined procedures and supporting continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Working closely with Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring all incoming materials and components meet strict technical and quality standards.
