This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading a team of around 20 skilled technicians within a precision engineering sub-assembly environment. You'll oversee day-to-day production, ensuring quality, safety and delivery targets are achieved while driving continuous improvement. The role requires a strong manufacturing background, along with proven experience leading and developing people. It's an excellent opportunity to join a stable, high-performing engineering team.

Working closely with Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring all incoming materials and components meet strict technical and quality standards.

Our client is looking for an experience HGV fitter / mechanic to work at thier workshop based in Richmond. This is a long term contract position with an immediate start.
