PMO Lead

+£400 - £450 a day

+Must be eligible / hold NPVV Clearance and a Counter Terrorism Check.

We're looking for an experienced PMO Lead to drive governance, reporting, and delivery standards across a key programme workstream. You'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are aligned, prioritised, and delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, standards, and governance
• Oversee portfolio delivery, including risks, dependencies, and resources
• Produce executive reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
• Lead and develop PMO team members within a matrix environment
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and prioritisation
• Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes and tools

Experience Required:

• 5+ years' experience in project/program management, including 3+ years leading PMO service or leading large programs within a BPO contract setting.
• Proven knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
• Professional certifications such as PMQ, MSP or PMO‑specific credentials preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Must be eligible / hold NPVV Clearance and a Counter Terrorism Check.
