Role
This 1st Line Network Support role will require you to investigate and resolve issues that are raised at 1st Line and also look to resolve 2nd Line issues as well. You will in effect be the first line of investigative response and will be required to manage and own assigned incidents escalated. These incidents will cover both infrastructure and application issues which require investigation and resolution or escalation to 2nd or 3rd tier support.
This role will be on a shift basis, working days and nights, but you will be compensated by a 15% Shift Allowance which is paid each month on top of your basic salary.
Skill Set:
Understanding of ITIL system management
Windows Server 2008 platforms
Microsoft Group Policies
VMware ESX and vCentre
Base understanding of SCOM
Base understanding of SCCM
Anti-Virus management and reporting
