• Working knowledge and experience of network concepts and protocols
• Knowledge of network technologies relating to Cisco
• Experience in a support role in a WAN environment i.e. has knowledge of IP, routing, SD-WAN solutions

Experience required for this 2nd Line SDWAN Support Engineer role

You will be a skilled 2nd Line SDWAN Support Engineer. Ideally you will have previously worked in a similar network role within the IT defence industry. Experience working with cisco products, within Windows and/or Linux environments is beneficial to your success in this role.
