3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer

Salary: C. £50,000 - £54,500 per annum

Benefits: Sharing success bonus, 10% monthly bonus if DV clearance is held, progressions and certification opportunities, 10% employer pension contribution

Experience Required

You will be skilled in providing technical support and augmentation to a 3rd line level. Ideally you will have previously worked across multiple accounts within a large support team managing secure IT solutions, Incident management, application hosting and maintenance. Exposure to system configuration changes and upgrading solutions would be really beneficial for this role, as we aim to provide effective third line service to high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills

• Active Directory (DHCP / DNS / GPO) and Group Policy
• VMWare 5.5 onwards
• Microsoft Exchange
• Microsoft Windows server 2008 onwards
• SC Clearance required

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of PowerShell
• Experience with Microsoft SQl 2008 onwards
• Experience of Brocade SAN switches
