Set the Scene
We are looking for a Core Applications Support Team Member
This role shall provide Core Application support on-site and remotely to deployed sites (PoPs/Nodes) from the CSOC across all domains
- Installation, Configuration, development, deployment of all Core Applications in the following areas:
- Incident Management;
- Service/Change Requests;
III. Problem Management;
- Configuration Management;
- Projects, trials, Operations and Exercises;
- Routine Maintenance, and;
VII. Capacity and Demand Management.SFIA Professional Competencies:
IT Operations (ITOP) Level 3
