The UK's leading independent control system specialist in HVAC and building services. We are looking for an experienced Client Services Account Sales Manager to help negotiate existing contracts and develop new business.

Due to the expansion of the company along with the increased demand for business, we are looking for a Client Services Account Sales Manager office based. Customer visits will also be required where necessary.

Client Services Account Sales Manager key roles and responsibilities:

  • Monthly reporting of progress to the Client Services BDM.

  • Support the Maintenance General Manager to help achieve the "Invoice Sales Target" set.

  • To set KPI's and make sure they are monitored on a weekly/monthly basis.

  • To display superb sales techniques when exploring a new lead.

  • To take charge of all BMS maintenance sales and account sales support.

  • To achieve all the agreed targets with the necessary profit margin.

  • Reporting to your line manager.

Client Services Account Sales Manager will need the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication/customer relationship Skills.

  • Strong computer literacy skills.

  • Delegation of tasks where necessary.

  • Efficient time management and prioritisation of certain tasks.

  • Significant experience in an Account Sales Manager role.
