Job Description:

Our client, at present one of the leading BMS Contractors in the UK is currently looking to take on a BMS Estimator to join their existing team. You will be undertaking sales estimation and tendering up to circa £10 million quotes per year.

The role will involve:

  • Evaluating Tender Enquiries & Specifications

  • Producing BMS points lists

  • Obtaining fully qualified subcontractor quotes for panels and installation

  • Evaluating commercial contract terms and conditions

  • Attend customer meetings to explain quote's when necessary

Candidate Specification:

  • Candidates applying for this role should be BMS technically competent

  • You should be able to produce qualified technical and commercial bids for BMS project work (anything from £50k to £1 million)

  • Experience working with Siemens, Trend or Tridium would be advantageous

  • Only candidates with BMS (Building Management Systems) experience can be considered for this role due to the nature of the role
