Business Analysts - Pension and ERP Background

+ 3-6 month contracts

+ Outside IR35

+ £450 to £530 per day

+ Mix of Remote and Edinburgh based roles

Key Requirement for the role (to be considered)

+ Experienced Agile BA with a good track record in process mapping and user story documentation

+ Create documentation from the design activities:

- Level 3 & 4 process maps

- User stories

- User Manual/Training material

+ Financial Services And/Or Pension legislation knowledge

+ Pega Business Architect

+ Jira / Zephr

+ Pensions and ERP background

The Business Analyst role is working within a team where you will work in close collaboration with CX designers, Insight Analysts, Communications Specialists, Technical Experts to develop an end to end set of documents that will be the basis of the Service Design

The Role:

+ Support the planning and creation of all outputs from all Design Cycles.

+ Report on your own progress and raise concerns or blockers to ensure working at pace, accountable for highlighting impediments to achieving any of your own Sprint goals/deliverables

+ Participate in creation of customer journeys

+ Create technical requirements to facilitate the build of these outputs

+ Attendance at all daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings

Signs of success

+ An experienced Agile Business Analyst with significant experience in documenting AS-IS/TO-BE process maps and user stories

+ Liaise between business SME's, Product Owner and application development squads

+ Partake in Agile design cycles and support all overall design activity within the JST

+ Operate as part of a dynamic scrum team, attending Daily standups, and all other design cycle activities producing all output, following Agile principles

Skill set:

  • Experienced BA with a good track record in process mapping and user story documentation

  • Teamwork and excellent communication skills

  • Experience working with business, application development and testing teams

  • Some knowledge of Customer Experience / Contact Centre Operations

  • Experience of working within Financial Services including Pensions

  • Competent in MS Office Suite

  • Stakeholder Management (both internal and external)

  • Time management and work planning.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Financial Services Operations

  • UK Pensions Legislation knowledge

  • Pega Business Architect with knowledge and experience in implementing transformation projects using Pega

  • Jira / Zephyr or any other collaborative tools for capturing tracking requirements

  • Service Design

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
