Customer Service Executive
Location: Dartford Kent
£24,000 - £27,500 +10% bonus and Excellent benefits

An industry leader in designing/manufacturing high quality vehicle safety systems for the automotive industry have an exciting opportunity for customer focused person and driven in providing a good customer journey. You job will be to support customer service team. This role supports the Business development managers as they aim to win new contracts and develop relationships with customers.

The Role - Customer Service Executive

  • Provide a high level of customer service to my client's customer with incoming orders, queries and complaints
  • Find out and learn about customers business and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Be first point of contact for my clients customers.
  • Process sales orders
  • Answer the phone and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Update my clients CRM systems so records are in order and kept up to date
  • Support new business

Experience/Skills required - Customer Service Executive

  • 3+ years in a customer service role
  • Empathic and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Happy to call people internationally
