Desktop Technician - £300 a day - Glasgow - Own vehicle required

You will join a leading IT Consultancy, working for a public sector organisation. The role will be based in Central Glasgow but will see you provide support at various sites around the city.

The role will see you:

• Working on a variety of hardware, software and application incidents and requests
• In-depth toubleshooting, resolving incidents and fulfilling Work Orders in line with Service Level Agreements
• Provide advice, guidance and assistance to customers & colleagues
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution to customer incidents
• IMAC and Project work, which may include uplifting equipment

Your skills and experience:

• Full driving licence & own vehicle required
• Proven technical skills within a Desktop environment
• Hardware Installation
• iOS / macOS experience
• Ability to assess, interpret and apply known skills to a range of site based problems that may arise
• Good understanding of Operating systems, network products and the most commonly used office software application packages
• Significant practical Hardware break/fix experience, desktop, laptop, tablet and printers
