Facilities Compliance Manager

Greater London / Buckinghamshire / Surrey

An opportunity for an experienced Facilities Compliance Manager has arisen to work closely with both the Head of Facilities and Maintenance Manager to join a well established Engineering company that manufacture high end products, in a working environment that hosts components and hazardous materials.

You will be able to demonstrate strong FM knowledge, built around policies, procedures and compliance from energy management through to asbestos management policies.You will have knowledge of applicable laws and building codes, safety legislation and approved codes of practice. Managed subcontractors and an understanding of H&S compliance - risk assessments, facilities management documentation - best practice.
