A global leader in the Aerospace and Defence industry are looking for a Project Manager to join their facilities team. This is a key role as you will liaising with import stakeholders making important decisions and carry out the projects through inception to completion.

The role - Facilities Project Manager - Middlesex
The role is to co-ordinate the day-to-day management of small to medium fabric and M&E projects. This includes the management of capital plant replacement/office refurbishment/internal moves etc. You will inspect and monitor any construction work carry out and ensure you are compliant with contract documents and construction regulations.
Support the Facilities Manager to ensure successful project delivery
To coordinate and manage facilities projects through to completion.
Communicate and establish cost, timescale and feasibility
Understand the project specification
Liaise with external stakeholders such as engineers, consultants, suppliers and contractors
Qualifications/skills - Facilities Project Manager - Middlesex
Excellent understanding of construction technology M&E building services and new techniques
HND/Degree in construction project management/building services or similar
Need to have 3-5 years' experience in a building services project and management position
A understanding and knowledge of the JCT/NEC forms of contract
Good understanding of building regulations (CDM regulations, planning building regulations and asbestos regulations)
