The Role:
HP-UX Migration activity to lead and conduct:
*Creation of addendum / updates to design documentation for the SD2 complexes
*Creation and management of migration plans
*Technical landscape analysis
*Migration procedure planning
*Configuration of the new Superdome 2 i6 complex(es)
*Creation of required new vPars on the target Superdome 2 i6s
*Working with MHRA technical resources to execute HP-UX related migration processes, including cross-DC data migration
*Work with MHRA to test and validate the technical and functional aspects of the migration
*Post-migration validation activities

SKILLS:
Knowledge, experience and skills in the following:
HP-UX design and implementation
Superdome2 configuration
Integration with 3Par storage
Migrations agross data centres
Upgrades of HP-UX systems (Upgrade-UX, i4 to i6 processor families etc.)
