Lead SharePoint Development Analyst: You will be an expert in custom SharePoint development, and will manage, motivate and develop the application development team, ensuring members effectively prioritise work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests and projects meeting Service Level Agreements. You will abe the technical SME who will lead projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs
Your technical skills and experience
+ Expert in custom SharePoint development and sound understanding of the following:
+ ASPX / ASP
+ SQL Server
+ Visual Basic
What you will do
+ Manage, motivate and develop the team, ensuring members effectively prioritise work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests and projects meeting Service Level Agreements.
+ Lead projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs
+ Influence and negotiate with key project stakeholders, using data and analysis to support reasoning.
+ Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business.
+ Able to challenge / respond to challenges on process issues.
+ Work with Functional Analysts to review business requirements, design and deliver business solutions.
