£407 pay per day inside IR35

Mandatory Skill sets:

  • Minimum CCNP or JNCIP-SP
  • Network Devices, Vendor Experience
  • Design experience including end to end solutions. Must be prepared to understand the M&B end to end product portfolio and work closely with M&B Media Edge design team to design end to end customer solutions
  • Be able to understand existing network designs and customer solutions to evolve based on bespoke customer requirements.
  • Hands on experience of devices, products and technologies listed below
  • Experience of Service Provider networking in Broadcast and FinTec verticals
  • Cisco Experience
  • Cisco IOS-XR, NX-OS
  • Cisco NCS540, Nexus 9K, Nexus 3K
  • Juniper Junos-Service Provider
  • MX104, MX10003, MX10008, MX960, M Series devices, EX4200, EX4550, EX8200
  • Network Protocols and technologies:
  • L3 Technologies: BGP, MPLS, L3 MPLS VPN, EVPN, Multicast VPNs, LDP, RSVP, OSPF, PIM, IGMP, QoS/CoS, TCP/IP, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, STP, L2 Pseudo Wire, Y.1564 Test Methodology, Y.1731 CFM.

Desireable:

  • Software Defined Networking:
  • Python, GIT, Orchestration, North Star
  • Adva experience
  • Adva XG210, GE206v
  • Broadcast Technologies:
  • Broadcast industry experience
  • SMPTE 2022 standards on Video over IP
  • Transport / Tranmission
  • Layer 1 network design experience including wavelenght, Ethernet over SDH or IP, protection switching, diversity
  • Layer 2 technologies - good understanding of Ethernet technologies
