Are you looking for more managerial responsibility in your next role? Have you got experience working with children? I'm working with a 20 bed home looking for a passionate, hardworking individual to join the team with a competitive salary and a team with members being there for over 20 years.
You'll be a Practice Team Leader for this home caring for children with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex health needs. No nights will be involved but every other weekend will be. Please see some of the responsibilities you'll have below:
- Keeping up the high standard of the home and the regulations it follows
- You will be responsible for the management of staff to provide help and support to help them with their own progress
- Responsible for managing safeguarding issues and escalating them when needed
- You will be chairing service plannnig meetings, going on home or site visits, disciplinary meetings and representing Action for Children at external meetings

Salary - £26,000 PA - overtime is available
Holiday - 29 days plus bank holidays
Shifts - 07:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 21:00 - no waking nights
37 hours per week on a rota basis - this would be working every other weekend too - Full time, permanent role
You will receive your rota 6 weeks in advance
