Our client who specialise in protection solutions for the MOD and Government are currently recruiting a Production Planner to join them on a permanent basis, based in West Sussex.

Your Duties - Production Planner :

• Consolidate various project demands into one Master Planning Schedule
• Review and Adjust the Master Planning Schedule accordingly to suit current demands
• Work closely with the Materials Controller to ensure inbound materials tally with the Master Planning Schedule
• Raise Works Orders
• Liaise with the Production Manager to ensure the correct Material resource is available

Experience / Knowledge required - Production Planner:

• Experience in a low / Medium volume manufacturing environment, ideally Automotive
• Supply Chain / Planning experience
• Proficient in SAP or other ERP/MRP systems
• Strong commuication skills able to speak to stakeholders
• Ability to write up production schedules
