Project Administrator - Engineering Background
A great opportunity for someone with a background in Engineering (commercial or educational experience) to work as a Project Administrator for a company making safety critical products on a global scale. Supporting the Project Engineer with all administration tasks you will be liaising with customers and the internal teams to ensure all documentation is provided and questions answered in a timely and controlled manner. The role will also entail managing updates on projects from different departments.
+ Manage change control for all project and technical changes to drawings and documentation.
+ Ensure all project related documentation and communication are saved in accordance with company procedures.
+ Assist with the preparation, collation and submission all required documentation and drawings for each project.
+ Interact with the customer in relation to project drawings and documentation.
+ Be the main point of contact for internal and external quality audits. Manage any non-conformances and contribute towards continuous improvement and process improvement.
To be considered for the Project Administrator role you will be able to showcase:
- Technical knowledge of engineering / manufacturing processes
- Administration and document management experience
- Excel and Microsoft Project skills
