Do you want to be at the forefront of delivering Critical National Infrastructure? A new and exciting role has arisen for a Project Engineering Manager to play a key leadership role.
As a Project Engineering Manager your responsibilities will include:
+ Working collaboratively with the Customer stakeholders to plan delivery of the software in the context of the overall system and programme;
+ Coordinating the delivery of technical input from partners and subcontractors;
+ Working with other functions to deliver the programme;
+ Preparing statements of work, schedules and work estimates;
+ Providing dynamic leadership and communications across the team;
+ Identifying and managing risks and opportunities;
Skills and knowledge required:
+ Exceptional track record in planning and execution of software delivery / integration;
+ Good understanding of IT systems including SQL Server, virtualisation, web applications, networks etc.
+ Extensive experience of systems engineering processes;
+ Experience in managing resource forecasts, programme budgets and finances;
+ Project management qualification desirable;
+ Comfortable using scheduling and resource management tools such as MS Project, SAP etc.
