Radiology Training Coordinator
£25-35,000 (experience dependenct)
Suited to those with Radiographer or Sonographer experience, either in a clinical role or as a recent graduate with a radiography or sonography degree.
An international provider diagnostic imaging and radiology maintenance and management services is now seeking a Training Coordinator to join their growing organisation.
As the Training Coordinator your role will be based at an NHS hospital site acting as the point of contact between on-site Radiographers and Sonographers and external OEMs (own equipment manufacturers) who provide training on their diagnostic imaging and radiology systems.
To organise and coordinate onsite OEM training for clinical Radiography and Sonography staff.
To oversee training courses on and off site.
To establish NHS trust training requirements.
To complete, update and maintain training records.
To establish links with NHS trust staff to ensure smooth running of training.
To contribute to the development of a standardised internal training programme.
To participate in any other activities to assist in the smooth running of operational delivery of the diagnostic imaging and radiology managed equipment service (MES) on site.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have;
Clinical Radiographer or Sonographer experience OR a recent graduate with a radiography or sonography degree.
Competent IT skills.
Good organisational skills.
Good inter-personal and relationship building skills.
