A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a well known and hugely successful Engineering company who focus on the Aerospace and Defence markets with their safety critical products. You will be working as a Product Support Engineer on a range of global key products using your expertise and skills to provide technical liaison and product investigation. This role would suit Engineers with an RAF or Royal Navy Fleet Arm background.

Your role will as a Aerospace Product Support Engineer will include:

• Assist in defect investigation including documenting and researching root cause of in-service failures and oversee corrective actions.
• Ground Support Equipment requiring liaison with Design Office and Design Support in identifying specialist test equipment and tooling required to carry out maintenance and testing/operating checks
• Provide reactive technical support to customer (internal and external) enquires in a timely manner and provide status updates as required.
