We are looking for a Registered Manager with a background of worknig with children. They are required for an ASAP start with a new 3 bed Children's Home. You will be working with children with Complex Health Needs, Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour in the South East London area.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a residential children's setting and you must demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Your requirements working with this role will be the following:

- You will be part of a team providing the highest quality care that supports the needs of the children living under your supervision

- Bring team spirit and morale into the staff team and welcome good relationships with the local community in order to create a welcoming, caring environment within the home

- Work with the executives to deliver the Statement of Purpose and provide leadership and motivation to your team

- You will need to be an advocate for the young people and work to meeting all of their individual needs for all aspects of their life

Essential Requirements:

- Knowledge and working experience of the Children's Homes Regulations

- Experience of working within the principles of the Children Acts 1989 & 2004

- Experience of working to OFSTED standards and guidelines

Extensive experience as a Registered Manager within a Children's Residential Service

Must have a good level of verbal and written communication skills

Full Driving Licence

Use of a vehicle with Business Insurance

Has completed or willing to complete Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Health and Social Care
