Senior Support Worker

CBSbutler are working with a huge children's charity that has services all over the UK. This service in particular is a full time residential care home for children with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and special educational needs. It is a role where no day will be the same and every day will be rewarding. You will be going out on school trips, taking part in activities and eventually going on holiday with a child when you become a key worker.

You'll be expected to have experience working with children and have a minimum NVQ level 2 Health & Social Care qualification. If you do not have either of these - please still send over your CV to apply for the Assistant Support Worker role.

This is a full time, permanant role so please do not apply if you are not looking for that.

We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference and enrich the childrens lives who live here from the ages of 6-18. The charity will pay for your NVQ qualifications and provide any guidance / training you feel you need. Please see package below:

- £23,600 PA

- 28 Days Holiday

- 37 hours per week - 07:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 / 21:00 - no waking nights, rota basis, every other weekend
