Senior Systems Engineer (Aerospace Industry)

They are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us develop cutting-edge technology for the aerospace industry.
Position Overview: As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of complex aerospace systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet customer requirements, are delivered on time, and are within budget. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that will push the boundaries of aerospace technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement system design and integration plans to meet customer requirements
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless system integration
- Conduct systems-level testing and analysis to ensure system performance and reliability
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the development cycle
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including requirements, design, and test plans
- Participate in customer and supplier meetings to ensure project success
- Stay up to date with the latest technological advances in the industry and apply them to product development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Strong technical knowledge of aerospace systems, including software, hardware, and mechanical components
- Experience with systems design and integration, requirements management, and testing
- Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools, such as MATLAB and Simulink
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with aerospace industry regulations and standards is a plus
