We are looking for a Pre-Sales Service Architect, with previous pre-sales and bid experience, to join our existing dynamic Service Architect Practice. They will work closely with the Delivery Executives, Solution Owners and Customer to produce design documentation on a wide variety of complex changes and bids that vary in size and complexity. Working alongside a team of dedicated professionals, you will be driven to find better, faster, more effective solutions. This is a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to grow and build upon your existing knowledge and ability.
Provide day-to day-support to the Delivery Executives and Solution Owners to create innovative offerings against the customers' requirements.
Create and be responsible for Service Operation and Service Management processes and documentation that meet, or exceed, the customers' expectations.
To lead on the Service aspects of bids and the 'go-to' person for Service process queries including supporting the Lead Bid Architect/Solution Owner in defining all Service processes in line with requirements.
Ensure all Impact Assessments produced are fit for purpose and are capable of passing through governance first time.
Provide input into reports, when required, to the customer and Lead Network Bid Architects.
Development of detailed end-to-end service designs, including assessing impacts of changes to current operating models, and design of future operating and governance models.
Proved experience in Service Transition; facilitate and input into Service Readiness Reviews and early life Support Planning for a smooth transition.
Previous experience of creating, maintaining and reviewing service documentation
Liaise with the customer to ensure everything is ready for service go live and pass all programme/project gates.
Identify, negotiate and resolve service related issues.
Manage key customer stakeholders, excellent communicator and negotiator.
Previous experience working alongside the customer to derive requirements, and requirements management.
Previous experience working on bids and/or large and complex changes.
Experience of ITIL processes.
