Stores Manager - West Sussex

Our client who specialise in protection solutions for the MOD and Government and currently recruiting a Stores Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based in West Sussex.

Your Duties:

• Lead, manage and develop the Stores team
• Set KPI'S to ensure service meets production demands
• Create performance reports
• Identify areas of improvement and implement efficient changes
• Manage stock by liaising with procurement
• Ensure all works carried out meets companies high quality standards
• In charge of the stores team's training and development
• Manage stock logistics

Experience / Knowledge required:

• Previous management experience in a stores environment.
• Able to obtain SC clearance
• Automotive, Manufacturing or Engineering industry experience
