Purpose of the Role |
We are seeking an Early Talent Manager to work within our busy People Team. The Early Talent function was established in 2020 and the Early Talent Manager role was created to support the attraction, development and retention of our Early Talent. The role is a hybrid one, focussing primarily on recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D) disciplines. You will work closely with the Heads of L&D and HR to help deliver a strategic and professional proposition, attracting and recruiting high calibre individuals into the firm and supporting with their learning and development journey, as well as working closely with training/line managers to coach them to effectively manage their trainees.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities |
Strategy · Develop and embed an Early Talent Attraction strategy with the Snr. Early Talent Recruitment Advisor · Continue to support and embed a coherent social mobility and ED&I strategy for the Early Talent population, working alongside the ED&I committee · Oversee the Early Trainee Reward strategy, with the support of the Head of HR, and lead on Early Talent market benchmarking · Oversee the holistic development journey for the Early Talent population, with the support of the Head of L&D
Recruitment · Oversee the recruitment processes for all those on early talent pathways (currently ACA and AAT, to include ACCA, CTA, ATT and others moving forwards) · Raise the profile of the firm and position the firm as an employer of choice through attending relevant events · Oversee the design and overall delivery of the assessment centres · Develop and oversee a structured internship programme
· Oversee the salary review and promotion process for the Early Talent population
L&D
· Oversee the creation of multiple pathways for Tax trainees including ACA/CTA and ATT/CTA
