Team Leader - Children's Services

A Team Leader within Children's Services is required by our client who support children from birth to 5 in the community of Buckinghamshire. The children are looked after within the Children's Services and as Team Leader, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the care they receive.

You should have experience in the following areas as Children's Services Team Leader:

+ NVQ level 3 in an Early Years Setting to meet OFSTED requirements

+ Multi-agency social care, early years or health environment

+ Experience of applying safeguarding procedures

+ Able to manage children's cases, in accordance with agreed procedures

+ Completion of assessments, planning and reviews to ensure a positive outcome

+ Able to lead, direct and supervise to deliver operational services

+ Strong communicator - effectively engaging,

+ Working knowledge of an outcome based approach to planning, delivering and reviewing services
