Water Services Consultant

London Based

£25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)

10% Bonus upon successful completion of probation period (6months)

Our client based in London, a highly regarded world leading organisation with offices in the UK and around the world are seeking an experienced water services consultant to maintain an excellent commercial relationship with existing large and multi-site clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding customer service to water clients to provide information, maintain relationships, and identify additional needs

  • resolving billing and metering queries as well has carrying out water procurement tenders

  • maintaining and sustaining relationships with water suppliers and partners

  • Liaising with other team members to provide information and ensuring all customers receive the same level of customer services

  • communicating with other departments about progress and new projects

Key Skills and Experience

  • Minimum two year experience in the water industry is essential

  • Experience in business to business customer service

  • Ability to manage pricing cost components and pricing models

  • Project management

  • Attention to detail

The right candidate needs to be well organised with an eye for attention to detail and accuracy.

Confident working with Excel as well as other MS office software. Strong communication skills both verbally and written is essential.
